My hubby had a special request for his birthday- a RV cake for his birthday....hahaha...Sounds like he loves my RV recipe soo much... :) I am happy to bake this round for him and this is the best RV ever i promised anddd.... here you go.... I am sharing my secret recipe with you too...

The Ingredients :
1. 250 grms cake flour
2. 1/2 teaspoon salt
3. 2 tbspoon cocoa powder
4. 112 grms butter
5. 2 large eggs
6. 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
7. 240ml butter milk
8. 2 tbspoon liquid colouring
9. 1 teaspoon vinegar
10. 1 teaspoon baking soda
11. 300 grms granulated white sugar
Cream Cheese Frosting :
1. 227 grms cream cheese philadelphia
2. 227 grm mascarpone cheese
3. 1 cup of icing sugar
4. 360 ml whipped cream
How you do it?
1. Beat sugar +butter until fluffy
2. Add eggs,vanilla essence and mixture of flour (flour,salt, cooca powder)
3. Add mixture of soda and vinegar, mixwell and bake for 1 hour.
4. After cool off, prepare the cream cheese frosting and ready for deco....We are done ! :)
