The Cute Colorful Dots....

Hello.....I was soo busy with the preparation for my hubby's birthday, busy searching for ideas for my sister's engagement, raya preparation,work, home, my kid, and of course housework is killing me...Anyway, here is what i've accomplished ..hahaha...in conjuction with my hubby's birthday on the 1st of July.....The Cute Apam Dots for evening tea celebration...So i've got the new recipe for happy cooking with the ''Happy Face Apam Dot'', this is without blueberry filling requested by my little boyfriend, because he don''t like it ...So, what you need for the ingredients? It is so simple and economic and yet attractive,i love to play with colours, attract kids especially..

Okay, below are the ingredients you need :

1.   275 gm flour
2.   220 gm granulated sugar/fine castor sugar
3.   150 ml fresh milk
4.   3 teaspoon of baking powder , mixwell with flour
5.   3 eggs
6.   1 teaspoon ovelette
7.   1 tbspoon vanilla essence
8.   The filling-Up to you, the choice is yours,get it from your nearest bakery story, i like blueberry..
9.   The colouring-Up to you, i love to play with blue and yellow this round...
10. The cute paper cup- I'm running out of time so i can't make it cute, it's slightly bigger 
       hahaha....so that i can finish it super fast :)....

How you do it?
1. Beat the white eggs until it's smooth and fluffy
2. Add the ovelette, yellow egg and vanilla essence,mix well.
3. Add sugar, mix well.Leave for few minutes.
4. Add flour ,baking powder and fresh milk and mix well.
5. Divide your ingredients into 2 portions with your favaorite color.
6. Press your piping bag to the paper cup up to your polkadot color tone.
7. Add the filling and press again the final colour on top with your dots creation.
8. Steam for 10-15 minutes.
9. Easy peasy!, It's ready....
