This is my latest baking project ..A special request again from hubby for his 'Pot Luck Luncheon' with work colleagues, this is soo easy, just play with the white eggs and get a good fruits and fresh whip cream for topping.Andd.... i make one for my midnite dessert at home...gosshhh not a healthy diet to have this at night but it's kindda light and crisp crust with a soft marshmallow-like interior...Muaahhhssss!
Do you know how do we get the name of Pavlova for the dessert?Pavlova was chosen in honor of the Russion ballerina, Anna Pavlova in 1926, to know more go and goggle it ....wait for my next baking project...XOXO! Happy Baking!
